This Privacy Policy explains how Ailuna GmbH (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, applications, and digital services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

a) Personal Information You Provide

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Billing and payment information
  • Account registration data and preferences
  • Other information submitted when talking to the AI companion or contacting support or using Service features

Retention: 7 years (for billing/tax compliance); all other account data itself besides billing information retained while account is active or till data deleted by user

b) Usage and Device Information

  • IP address, device type, operating system, browser, pages/screens visited, features used, timestamps, and log files

Retention: 2 years; anonymized afterward

c) Location Data

  • Optional if device location enabled
  • Approximate or precise location during use of location-enabled features

Retention: 6 months

d) Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and personalization. Users can accept or reject non-essential cookies via the banner or in-app settings.

Data no longer required will be deleted or anonymized.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data. No system is entirely secure — absolute security cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users per applicable law.

  • International Transfers

Data may be transferred outside your country, including outside the EEA. Transfers are protected with safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

  1. Subscriptions and Withdrawal

Users consent to immediate digital delivery by registering, entering payment info, and using Services; withdrawal rights expire for delivered content per EU law.
Primary withdrawal: in-app subscription cancellation via account settings
Fallback: if technical issues prevent cancellation, email office@ailuna.care
